- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice and zest, and mix well.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss until coated in the sauce. Serve hot with optional parsley garnish.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Adjust lemon to taste and don’t forget to season properly!
