Description

Bite-sized crab stuffed mushrooms that are perfect for any gathering, combining rich crab meat, creamy cheese, and crunchy breadcrumbs.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup real crab meat (lump or claw)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like parsley or dill)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms under cool water and gently remove the stems.
  3. Mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil; sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed mushroom.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly on top.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.
