Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain and set it aside.
- Sauté the chicken: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken chunks with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, cooking until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add garlic: Once the chicken is cooked, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, allowing the garlic to become fragrant.
- Make the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until everything combines. Let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken up a bit.
- Incorporate cheese: Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until it melts into the sauce, creating a creamy texture.
- Combine: Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the chicken and sauce, mixing everything well until the pasta is coated in that delicious flavor.
- Serve and garnish: Remove the skillet from heat. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color before serving.
Notes
