Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the pot and season it generously with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
