- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the pot and season it generously with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Toss in your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan until creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For a lighter dish, use half-and-half or whole milk instead of heavy cream. Freshly grated parmesan is recommended for the best flavor.
