- 2 chicken breasts, diced

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain it and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season it with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a touch of color and flavor.
Notes
For added richness, garnish with extra lemon zest or cherry tomatoes. Serve with a light side salad or garlic bread.
