Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain it and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season it with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a touch of color and flavor.
