Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, breaded and fried
  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup homemade Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crispy chicken. Bread and fry the chicken breasts until they turn golden brown. Season with salt and pepper for extra flavor.
  2. Toast the crusty bread slices until crispy, keeping an eye on them to avoid burning.
  3. Assemble the sandwich with one slice of toasted bread and a generous amount of Caesar dressing.
  4. Layer the chopped romaine lettuce on top of the dressing.
  5. Add the crispy chicken on top of the lettuce.
  6. Drizzle more Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
