Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol or your preferred sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds until gooey, then add it to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Scoop portions of the mixture and shape them into thin, flat rectangles on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the rectangles with the beaten egg to add a shiny finish.
  6. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then let them cool slightly before serving.
