A delicious and easy recipe for Crispy Parmesan Chicken served with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners.

- 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it’s nice and sizzling.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until it turns golden and crispy.
- Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- Lower the heat and toss in the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the cream, stirring continuously until smoothly combined.
- Add in the Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts.
- If using spinach, stir it in now and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the crispy chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over it for an additional minute.
- Serve hot with pasta, vegetables, or rice.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with parmesan or fresh parsley. You can also add lemon juice for brightness.
