Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Crispy Parmesan Chicken served with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it’s nice and sizzling.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until it turns golden and crispy.
  4. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  5. Lower the heat and toss in the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in the cream, stirring continuously until smoothly combined.
  7. Add in the Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts.
  8. If using spinach, stir it in now and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Return the crispy chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over it for an additional minute.
  10. Serve hot with pasta, vegetables, or rice.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with parmesan or fresh parsley. You can also add lemon juice for brightness.
