Description

A healthy, homemade hemp granola with a crunchy texture and nutty flavor. Perfect for breakfast or a nutritious snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1 cup seeds (e.g., pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the hemp seeds, mixed nuts, seeds, and shredded coconut (if using) in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together the maple syrup, chopped dates, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure an even golden color.
  7. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
