Ingredients

- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 cup seeds (e.g., pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the hemp seeds, mixed nuts, seeds, and shredded coconut (if using) in a large bowl.
- Mix together the maple syrup, chopped dates, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure an even golden color.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
