Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. In your blender, combine the cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey (or sugar).
  2. Blend everything until it’s smooth and well-combined.
  3. Once blended, strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh sieve.
  4. Add the 2 cups of water to your cucumber-mint juice and stir well.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
