- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings: sliced bananas, nuts, or seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix together the rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- Allow the cups to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
- Serve and enjoy on their own or with optional toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
