Description

Delicious and easy Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cups perfect for a sweet treat without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, nuts, or seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix together the rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
  5. Allow the cups to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
  6. Serve and enjoy on their own or with optional toppings.
