- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Start by combining the cottage cheese, eggs, and any optional seasonings in a blender. Blend everything for about 30 seconds until you achieve a smooth, pourable batter.
- Next, heat a nonstick skillet over low heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little oil.
- Pour about ⅓ cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting it gently to spread the batter into a thin circle.
- Cook the wrap for about 3-5 minutes, until the surface appears dry and the edges begin to lift. Flip the wrap and cook it for another 1-2 minutes or until it turns lightly golden.
- Once cooked, remove the wrap and let it cool on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter until you have around 4-5 wraps ready to go.
- Serve these wraps warm with your favorite fillings or toppings, and enjoy!
