- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
- Mix together the shrimp, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper flat on a clean surface and place a small amount of the shrimp filling in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat, ensuring you have enough oil to fully cover the spring rolls.
- Fry the spring rolls in the hot oil for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the rolls from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
