Instructions
- Mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Toss in the vanilla extract and salt, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the flour gradually until well incorporated, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Grab a microwave-safe bowl and melt the dark chocolate, stirring occasionally.
- Dip the bottom of each cupcake liner into the melted chocolate, and let them sit on a baking sheet to set.
- Fill each liner with the cookie dough mixture generously.
- Pour melted chocolate over each filled liner, sealing the cookie dough.
- Place in the fridge until set completely, then remove from liners and enjoy.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature butter and don’t skip the chilling step for easier removal from liners.
