Ingredients
- Kadayif (shredded phyllo dough)
- Pistachio spread
- Cream cheese
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Heavy cream
- Dark chocolate

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the kadayif evenly on a baking sheet and toast it until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until completely smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the toasted kadayif, pistachio spread, and cheesecake filling in small cups, creating at least two layers.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then drizzle on top of the layers.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
