Ingredients

  • Kadayif (shredded phyllo dough)
  • Pistachio spread
  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Heavy cream
  • Dark chocolate
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the kadayif evenly on a baking sheet and toast it until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until completely smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the toasted kadayif, pistachio spread, and cheesecake filling in small cups, creating at least two layers.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then drizzle on top of the layers.
