- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 10 strawberries
Instructions
- Chop the raw pistachios into small pieces and then toss them with salt for some tasty contrast.
- melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, doing this in 30-second intervals until smooth and creamy.
- Rinse and dry the strawberries thoroughly to ensure they’re completely dry so the chocolate sticks perfectly.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s well-coated, and gently shake off the excess chocolate.
- Roll the strawberries in the chopped pistachios and shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the coated strawberries if desired for a beautiful presentation.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a lined baking sheet and let them cool at room temperature or in the fridge for faster results.
- Enjoy the strawberries as is or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
