Description

Indulge in rich chocolate cups filled with fresh strawberry goodness, topped with crispy kataifi and creamy pistachio paste. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home.


Ingredients

  • 200 g dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1012 fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 75 g kataifi
  • 40 g butter
  • 140 g pistachio paste

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark or milk chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone molds, coating the sides well. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  3. Mash the fresh strawberries and mix with powdered sugar. Set aside.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan and add the kataifi, stirring until golden and crispy.
  5. Once the chocolate has set, gently remove from molds. Fill each cup with the strawberry mixture and top with kataifi and pistachio paste.
  6. Garnish as desired, chill again before serving and enjoy!
