Description

- 200 g dark or milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 10 – 12 fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 75 g kataifi
- 40 g butter
- 140 g pistachio paste
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark or milk chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone molds, coating the sides well. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Mash the fresh strawberries and mix with powdered sugar. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the kataifi, stirring until golden and crispy.
- Once the chocolate has set, gently remove from molds. Fill each cup with the strawberry mixture and top with kataifi and pistachio paste.
- Garnish as desired, chill again before serving and enjoy!
