Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice

- 1 avocado, sliced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken, corn, diced tomatoes, and black beans to the skillet.
- Sprinkle with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, the chicken mixture, sliced avocado, and top with shredded cheese.
