- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or water)

Instructions
- Add the spinach, banana, apple, cucumber, flaxseeds, and your choice of almond milk (or water) to a blender.
- Blend everything until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
- Incorporate honey if desired and blend again until mixed in.
- Toss in ice cubes and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
