Description

These flourless brownies are rich, gooey, and incredibly easy to make with just three ingredients: ripe bananas, peanut butter, and cocoa powder.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For added indulgence, serve with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, crushed nuts, or fresh berries.
