Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Combine the oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with your choice of toppings such as fresh fruits, nuts, or almond butter.
Notes
