Ingredients

- 4–6 cups sliced stone fruit (cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, etc.)
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the stone fruit: Start by slicing all your chosen stone fruits thinly. Don’t forget to remove the pits from cherries before slicing.
- Mix the fruits together: Toss all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- Create the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and fresh thyme until well combined.
- Combine and serve: Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using fresh mint or experimenting with different fruits.
