- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips and honey until evenly distributed.
- Spoon mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing evenly.
- Freeze for at least 120 minutes, or until solid.
- Remove bites from molds or sheet and enjoy or store in the freezer.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. Experiment with different nut butters or fruit mix-ins for variety.
