Ingredients

- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3–4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- Berries of choice for topping
Instructions
- Mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until it forms a sticky dough. If the mixture seems too dry, add more almond butter and honey until you reach the right consistency.
- Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
- Spoon the granola dough into each cup, pressing firmly to form a solid base.
- Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt to each cup.
- Top with fresh berries and any leftover granola bits.
- Freeze the cups for at least four hours.
- Let them thaw for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These cups can be stored in the freezer for up to three months, or in the fridge for 3-5 days. Let them sit out for a few minutes before serving to soften them.
