Description
Soft, fluffy biscuit dough wrapped around gooey melted cheese, baked until golden, then brushed with rich garlic butter these irresistible cheese bombs are the ultimate pull-apart appetizer or side.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cut each biscuit into halves or quarters.
3. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough piece and wrap dough around it, sealing well.
4. Arrange seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and garlic powder.
6. Brush garlic butter generously over the dough balls.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
8. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
9. Serve warm while cheese is gooey.
Notes
Try adding pepperoni pieces inside for a pizza-style version.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
