Description
A flavorful and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Salmon that combines rich butter, fragrant garlic, and a hint of lemon for a delightful meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Watch it carefully; we want it to be bubbly but not burnt.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet skin-side down.
- Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook the salmon and use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Allow the salmon to rest for a minute before serving.
