Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Salmon that combines rich butter, fragrant garlic, and a hint of lemon for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Watch it carefully; we want it to be bubbly but not burnt.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet skin-side down.
  4. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcook the salmon and use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Allow the salmon to rest for a minute before serving.
