Description
Tender and juicy steak bites seared in garlic butter, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, rib eye, or filets)
- ½ tsp kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)
- ½ tbsp oil (olive, avocado, etc.)
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- Chopped Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes if possible.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Sear the steak in a single layer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium, add the butter and garlic to the skillet, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve with delicious sides like mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
Notes
Let the steak rest before cooking for even tenderness. Avoid overcrowding the skillet for the best sear.
