Description

Tender and juicy steak bites seared in garlic butter, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, rib eye, or filets)
  • ½ tsp kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)
  • ½ tbsp oil (olive, avocado, etc.)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes if possible.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Sear the steak in a single layer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat to medium, add the butter and garlic to the skillet, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve with delicious sides like mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.

Notes

Let the steak rest before cooking for even tenderness. Avoid overcrowding the skillet for the best sear.
