Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (cubed, such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet until it sizzles lightly.
  2. Add the cubed steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sear until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the creamy sauce until fully coated.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
