Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (cubed, such as sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet until it sizzles lightly.
- Add the cubed steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sear until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the creamy sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Pair with roasted vegetables, a side salad, or creamy mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
