Description
A simple yet delicious dish featuring tender steak bites sautéed in garlic butter, drizzled with a rich Parmesan cream sauce.

- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
- Season your steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak bites in the hot butter until seared and cooked to your preferred doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to come to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the creamy sauce. Heat through for about another minute.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Pair with garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
