Description

A simple yet delicious dish featuring tender steak bites sautéed in garlic butter, drizzled with a rich Parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
  2. Season your steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the steak bites in the hot butter until seared and cooked to your preferred doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to come to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  8. Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the creamy sauce. Heat through for about another minute.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Pair with garlic mashed potatoes or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
