- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until combined in a bowl.
- Toss the chicken wings in the garlic butter mixture until they are fully coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them out so they aren’t touching.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through, until they turn crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the wings from the oven and toss them with the grated Parmesan cheese while still hot.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve them hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before coating. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
