Description

A simple yet flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.


Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot with salt, then cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced garlic and chili flakes, sauté until garlic is golden brown.
  4. Toss cooked spaghetti into the skillet, mixing well with the garlic oil.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add anchovies or capers to the garlic oil.
