- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Start by cutting the cucumber and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Take each skewer and thread on a cherry tomato, followed by a piece of cucumber, a piece of red onion, a cube of feta cheese, and finish off with a Kalamata olive.
- Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up.
- Drizzle olive oil over the skewers and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Serve them immediately at room temperature, or chill in the fridge before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
