Description

A refreshing twist on a classic Greek salad, these skewers are perfect for appetizers or party snacks, bursting with fresh flavors and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the cucumber and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Take each skewer and thread on a cherry tomato, followed by a piece of cucumber, a piece of red onion, a cube of feta cheese, and finish off with a Kalamata olive.
  3. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the skewers and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve them immediately at room temperature, or chill in the fridge before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
