- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, allow the chicken to marinate longer (up to 8 hours) and let it rest after grilling for juicier meat.
