Instructions
- Prepare the butter mixture by combining softened butter, chopped green onions, grated ginger, white soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Clean and devein the king prawns carefully.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Lather the king prawns generously with the butter mixture until well coated.
- Grill the prawns for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
