Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 cups water
  • 46 dates (pitted)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in a bowl covered with water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews under cold water.
  3. Combine the soaked cashews, 2 cups of fresh water, pitted dates, banana, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more dates.
  6. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For best results, soak cashews overnight for maximum creaminess. Use frozen bananas for a thicker consistency.
