Ingredients

- 1 cup cashews
- 2 cups water
- 4–6 dates (pitted)
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Soak the cashews in a bowl covered with water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews under cold water.
- Combine the soaked cashews, 2 cups of fresh water, pitted dates, banana, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more dates.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For best results, soak cashews overnight for maximum creaminess. Use frozen bananas for a thicker consistency.
