- 1 (100-g / 3.5 oz) pack frozen unsweetened acai berry pulp
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ cup blueberries for topping
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced or chopped, for topping
- ½ small banana, sliced, for topping
- ¼ cup peeled and chopped pineapple or mango for topping
- ¼ cup strawberries, sliced, for topping
- ¼ cup granola, optional for topping
- 1 drizzle of raw honey, optional for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Acai Puree: Start by adding the banana to your blender, then layer it with the frozen acai pulp, frozen strawberries, and frozen blueberries. Pour in a splash of almond milk to help everything blend smoothly.
- Blend it All Up: I usually start blending at a low speed, just to break down the larger chunks. As the mixture starts combining, I gradually increase the speed and add more almond milk if the mix feels too thick.
- Finish Blending: Blend everything on high for another 15 to 20 seconds until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. This is key; you want that thick yet luscious texture that makes the bowl so satisfying.
- Assemble Your Bowl: Once the acai mixture is ready, pour it into your favorite bowl. Now comes the fun part – arrange your choice of toppings over the acai mix. Be as artistic as you like!
- Enjoy: Grab a spoon and dig in! Drizzle some raw honey on top if you want an extra touch of sweetness. Every bite bursts with flavor, and you’ll be hooked immediately.
