A quick and easy recipe for homemade healthy granola that combines taste, nutrition, and convenience.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: dried fruits, chocolate chips, or additional spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour in the maple syrup or honey and mix until all dry ingredients are coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Stir in dried fruits or chocolate chips after cooling.
  8. Store your homemade granola in an airtight container.
