Ingredients

- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. tub low-fat Cool Whip
- 24 Oreo thins
Instructions
- Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin and add one Oreo thin to each liner.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt until well blended.
- Add the remaining 12 crushed Oreos and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until everything is combined.
- Scoop the cream cheese mixture into each cupcake liner, filling them generously, and freeze for at least three hours.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious cheesecake bites!
Notes
For serving, consider garnishing with crushed Oreos, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce. These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
