- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Grab a mixing bowl.
- Combine the peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, and oatmeal until no dry powder remains.
- Stir in the honey or maple syrup until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips, if using.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls onto a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
