Scale
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

- Cooking spray or oil for the waffle iron
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

- In another bowl, beat the eggs. Then add the milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well-blended.
