Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, Laughing Cow cheese, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture on one half of the low-carb tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  5. Cook the quesadilla for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
