  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot, making sure they lay flat.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything blends beautifully.
  3. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot, ensuring it covers them evenly.
  4. Set your crockpot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. The longer you let it cook, the more tender the chicken becomes.
