- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Once it’s done, drain it and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Add the cooled macaroni, diced celery, bell pepper, red onion, and any optional ingredients you choose to include.
- Stir until everything is well combined, ensuring each piece of pasta is coated in the creamy dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Give it one last stir.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop fully.
