Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen orange juice concentrate and milk in a blender.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Sprinkle in the sugar.
  4. Pour in the vanilla extract and blend on high speed until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a zip-top bag, cut off the tip, and pipe into serving bowls or waffle cones.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
