Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water

- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Punch down the risen dough, divide into small balls, and roll each into a flat round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with za’tar.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown. Drizzle with more olive oil before serving.
