- 4 boneless salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley (or 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Pinch paprika
- 1 lemon (sliced into half-moons)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F (fan). Line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon, letting it soak into the fish.
- Arrange the lemon wedges around the salmon for that zesty kick.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then baste the fish with the sauce.
- Bake for an additional 4-7 minutes until tender and flaky.
- Serve your delicious salmon with potatoes and green vegetables.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for better flavor and check the salmon at the 12-minute mark to avoid overbaking.
