Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley (or 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Pinch paprika
  • 1 lemon (sliced into half-moons)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F (fan). Line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the salmon, letting it soak into the fish.
  5. Arrange the lemon wedges around the salmon for that zesty kick.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes, then baste the fish with the sauce.
  7. Bake for an additional 4-7 minutes until tender and flaky.
  8. Serve your delicious salmon with potatoes and green vegetables.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for better flavor and check the salmon at the 12-minute mark to avoid overbaking.
