- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (about 57 grams)
- 1/3 cup honey (about 113 grams)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice (about 45 ml)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime slices for garnish
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking dish with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
- Whisk together the melted butter, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in the lined baking dish and season each with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the honey-lime garlic mixture generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley before serving, and add lime slices for that extra pop!
Notes
