A delicious and easy meal featuring sweet honey, spicy hot sauce, and creamy feta cheese that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix together the honey, olive oil, hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish and generously coat them with the marinade.
- Bake the chicken for 22-28 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Add the crumbled feta on top of the chicken and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle some of the pan sauce over each piece of chicken before serving.
Notes
For a milder version, use less hot sauce or choose a milder one. Marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight enhances the flavor.
