- 1 cup Shredded Carrots (or bell peppers or snap peas)
- 1 cup Cucumber (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice (or lemon juice)
- 1 tablespoon Honey (or agave syrup for vegan)

Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the steak to the marinade and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the Rice: While the steak marinates, prepare your jasmine rice or grain of choice according to package instructions.
- Cook the Steak: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove, let rest, and slice into thin strips.
- Prepare the Spicy Cream Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Bowls: Layer rice, sliced steak, shredded carrots, cucumber, and green onions in serving bowls. Drizzle with the spicy cream sauce, mix, and serve!
