- Oil for frying or baking
Instructions
- Combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apples gently.
- Form small balls of dough and flatten them slightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the cookies until golden brown on both sides, or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool on paper towels before serving.
